Our designers sit down with you to talk over the vision and logistics for your future home. We know your family has unique circumstances and scenarios. By blending industry standards with your fresh insights, we create a floor plan that functions well and reflects your family’s personality.
COMMUNICATION
We know you like to stay current on the details of your project. This is why we keep in communication with you at every point in the process. We keep you updated and walk through your home with you at important stages of the project.
TIME
Typically, a project will take 7-8 months start to finish. Weather, contractors, and changes in the project can alter the speed of the project. We promise to do our best to keep your project moving forward so you can move in!
FINANCING
Financing always seems to be a stressful aspect of building a home. We can help you pick out the perfect lot, work with local lenders for a construction loan, and transition the project to a home mortgage.
QUALITY CONTROL
